How To Register

Registering for our program is simple and easy.  Just download the Registration Form below and either mail it to us or bring it to the gym for your child’s practice.

All athletes, regardless of how long you have been with NSSP, or whether or not you are training or playing tournament play, MUST fill out a new registration form.

AAU Insurance Requirement

This year the boys & girls teams will play both AAU & YBOA.  For this reason, each child MUST have both AAU & YBOA insurance.  YOU must go to the AAU website to purchase AAU insurance (see below).

We are collecting $13 from each player for YBOA insurance.  We will purchase the insurance and fill out all forms for your child.

Need to Join AAU?

• Prepare to register online at www.aausports.org – click here for online Athlete Application
• Complete the online form.
• Our Club Code # – TF46AD
• Finish and print two copies of the insurance card (one for you and one for NSSP.
• Send our copy along with a copy of your child’s birth certificate to the gym in a marked envelope with your child’s name and team and place it either in the mailbox in the gym or give it to your team mom.
• Your membership will be good for one year for all AAU basketball games with us anywhere.
