In February 2010, NorthShore Sportsplex, formerly known as NorthShore Basketball Training Center, opened the doors to our new 15,000 square foot facility located in Mandeville right off Highway 59. Heading into our fourth year of operation, Executive Director Charles Tracey states,
"There is nothing like this for boys and girls anywhere
in South Louisiana. We have now grown into a complex
that will personally instruct and work with hundreds
of young people (ages 8-18). With basketball as our focus,
the Sportsplex also offers volleyball, cheerleading and
an outstanding speed and conditioning area headed up
by trainer Karl Frank."
In addition to training and tournaments, NorthShore Sportsplex is also home to various basketball leagues, clinics, seminars, camps and birthday parties for kids. We are a 12 month facility geared to enhancing the skills and talent levels of young people throughout the region.
