  • What does a class consist of?

Each class is a minimum 50 minutes of training (drills, demonstrations, application, fundamentals, ballhandling, etc.). The Sportsplex is divided into multiple areas so that individual groups can be shooting on the other court, or working on their ball handling, passing skills, or basketball cardio, strength, and endurance in the speed and agility area.

What if we can't make the scheduled time for my child?

No problem.  The best thing about what we do is train so that allows you to find a suitable time and or skill level class that suits your timeline and jump in. Our flexibility is our greatest asset.

My child is a beginner and is not as skilled as others his age.

Again, once we talk, we can determine the best avenue for development. Since we train, we can place your child up in age or skill, and or, down in age or skill. In fact we have boys in girls classes and vice versa. Time constraints and skill level desires allow us to do this. Gaining confidence and allowing your child's skills to move forward is one of our primary goals.

    What is your overall goal?
First, providing an atmosphere where your child can gain confidence in the skills that will allow them to play basketball at an enjoyable level.  Secondly, making sure each player's skill level is at least at the level where it should be based on age and/or grade level.

Lastly helping those who wish to push their skills beyond their age and grade level. Nothing wrong with being a seventh grader with the skills of a tenth grader.

How many times a week can we attend?
A minimum of twice a week and (providing there is availability) as many as three times a week. Since we have the ability to move individual players up or down based on skill and/or time constraints, the sky's the limit.
