Competitive Cheerleading Teams Now Forming!
Our classes are taught by former college cheerleaders and members of UCA staff. Our staff has coached several nationally ranked high school teams and are dedicated to the sport of cheerleading. Our team is safety certified with a wealth of knowledge about tumbling techniques and cheerleading. Our program encompasses youth, junior and high school squads (ages 6-18) with training during the week. We have scheduled classes in the morning for toddlers and parents. We also conduct camps and clinics during holiday and summer time frames.
Beginning tumbling classes consist of cartwheels, round-offs, and introduction to the back handspring. Strength coordination and flexibility will be taught. NO experience is needed for this class.
Intermediate tumbling requires a back handspring. Focus will be on connecting the BHS to a round-off and multiple BHS.
Advanced tumbling requires a back tuck. Focus on standing and running backtuck with the introduction of a layout. Must have a coach's permission to enter this class.
Class size is limited to ensure proper and personal attention.
$15 registration fee and each participant is required to purchase AAU insurance.

We also offer a Rec Cheerleading Team for girls grades 2-4 that will practice 2 days per week. The focus of this group is to compete and cheer at several events around the Mandeville area. Cost is $65/month plus the cost of uniforms, bows, competition and choreography fees.
Private lessons are available upon request.
